Please utilize our online application available here.  There is a $20.00 application fee. You can pay online or mail it to the office.

After submitting your rental application, please email or mail any additional paperwork or documentation to our manager’s office at info@woodsideketchikan.com  or 2050 Sea Level Drive, Suite 107, Ketchikan, Alaska 99901.

All potential tenants are required to agree to a month-to-month leasing arrangement. Please note that if your credit report is satisfactory, then you won’t be required to provide payment upfront for the last month. 

Yes, Woodside Village Apartments provides heating fuel for all units at no additional cost to the tenants. 

The utilities in reference include electricity, water, sewer, and garbage services.

Yes, you can pay for your own utilities, however, you are responsible for setting this up through Ketchikan Public Utilities. Then once KPU provides you with a proof of transfer notice, you will need to give this to our office manager, so a copy can be saved for our records before keys are issued. 

If tenants prefer to have Woodside Village Apartments manage and pay for their utilities, this simply increases the overall monthly rent amount based on the size of your apartment unit. Please review our one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom information pages to learn more about our rates including utilities.

The unit is equipped with washer and dryer hookups for tenants' convenience. Tenants can have Woodside Village Apartments manage the washer and dryer for an additional monthly fee of $150.00.  Additionally, fees may apply if the tenant misuses the appliances.

The security deposit is equal to the monthly rent amount and is due before the lease is signed. 

We are currently not accepting any pets at this time.  We encourage you to check back in the future for any updates on our pet policy. 

A storage locker is currently available for rent at a monthly rate of $25.00. Tenants are required to provide their own lock for security purposes. 

Each apartment unit is a allocated one designated parking space, with a limit of two vehicles per unit.

Yes, all tenants must let the United States Postal Service know if the decided to use our free mailboxes. 

Yes, all prospective tenants seeking to lease a unit at Woodside Village Apartments will be subject to a thorough screening process, including a soft credit check, background check, and eviction report.
