Yes, you can pay for your own utilities, however, you are responsible for setting this up through Ketchikan Public Utilities. Then once KPU provides you with a proof of transfer notice, you will need to give this to our office manager, so a copy can be saved for our records before keys are issued.
If tenants prefer to have Woodside Village Apartments manage and pay for their utilities, this simply increases the overall monthly rent amount based on the size of your apartment unit. The unit is equipped with washer and dryer hookups for tenants' convenience. Tenants can have Woodside Village Apartments manage the washer and dryer for an additional monthly fee of $150.00. Additionally, fees may apply if the tenant misuses the appliances.
The security deposit is equal to the monthly rent amount and is due before the lease is signed.

A storage locker is currently available for rent at a monthly rate of $25.00. Tenants are required to provide their own lock for security purposes.
